Admin Assistant
Bouygues UK - Southwark
Bouygues UK have a great opportunity to move into the construction sector as an Admin Assistant. Joining us in this admin role you would have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow into a document controller. The role will be based at out head office in Waterloo and will also involve site visits to construction projects.
Job Purpose and Scope:
You will be responsible in assisting the team by managing all administrative and technical documents, including the control of documentation and administrative processes in accordance with Project Specific and Company Procedures.
The role offers involvement in the following areas:
- Check and process drawings and other technical information on the EDMS
- Provide support to the Document Control team on projects running
- Prepare documents for presentation (progress reports, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Setting up internal meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Upload information’s onto EDMS conforming to all Bouygues Protocols
- Assist with the filing and archiving of project correspondence and handover documentation
Essential:
- Good IT skills (MS Office inc Excel)
- Capacity to work effectively within a team environment
- Organisational skills (prioritising tasks, respecting deadlines, methodical work)
- Flexibility with changes to tasks and duties.
- Multi-tasking
- Problem solving
